As the world is slowly opening back up, it is time to start what I originally had planned since March.

I’ve learned so much. Not just in cooking and baking, but I’ve done a lot of soul-searching. Surprisingly, as tiresome this whole situation has been, I feel with every week that passes, I’m feeling a lot more motivated and gaining a better sense of clarity.
It will be exciting times when this quarantine ends. There is so much I want to do and experience and I can’t wait to document it all.
I hope all of you are doing well!
Read moreIt has now been 30 days of quarantine. Crazy times we are living in. Staying committed to working on my cooking skills!
So far, I think I am nailing it out of the park with a lot of the recipes I’ve been trying out.
Now… time to look into baking.

After listening to some recommendations and doing quite a bit of reading, I’ve decided to make the plunge and get myself a new camera for my upcoming travels. With the Coronavirus season upon us, this gives me lots of time to research and play around with this camera as I get adjusted to its settings and how it works. I’ve already installed Lightroom and Photoshop so I can enhance my pictures even further.
There is a lot to learn. I know that. I’m not expecting photography to be easy, but I’ve always wanted to get into it. Can’t wait to take amazing pictures of my trips!

This morning, I ended up canceling my trip to New York for my first state visit. With the coronavirus spreading a lot more than I expected and NY being the most impacted so far, I’ve decided to hold off on my traveling for now as I watch how things go for the next few weeks.
As much as I want to start traveling, I have to side with my health on this one. 🙂
I highly recommend everyone to read up on the Coronavirus so you are prepared:

Here I am… sipping my coffee… trying to figure out what in the world I am going to say for my very first blog entry. This feels weird. I’ve always been a private person so the thought of starting this life project has got me excited!
I am starting this blog mainly for myself. I have no concern whatsoever about building any kind of audience from this. What I want to do is log my achievements, goals, challenges, and experiences so I can continue to motivate myself to try new things, travel more, learn more, and enjoy life the best I can.
So yeah… I’ll keep this post short and sweet.
Project officially starts now!
