Perfect timing for HKS to host another step challenge contest!

I’ve been taking my fitness and health a lot more seriously this year so this competition will help motivate me further.

My steps goal that I would like to reach by the end of this month is: 400,000 steps
That is about 15,000 steps a day — lots of walking!
