My Name is Alex Costa
Who Am I?
Alex Costa is the IT Customer Services Manager at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where he oversees the daily operational activities and management of an amazing crew of technical support engineers and Co-op students at the HKS IT Service Center.
After spending nearly two decades working with technology, Alex found a passion for teaching and helping others with their tech-related questions and issues – providing the best customer service possible. He is always looking for the next best thing and learning about it.
In addition to his extensive experience in information technology, Alex is an avid Boston Celtics fan and aspiring home chef.
Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
